Assistant Group Leader

The Assistant Group Leader represents the YMCA by providing safe, motivational, and knowledgeable leadership to members, volunteers, families, and program participants under the supervision of the Site Coordinator. This role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, ensuring program quality meets EEC Licensing Requirements and QRIS Standards, and maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment. The position emphasizes personal safety, emotional wellbeing, and the YMCA's core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
