Assistant Plant Manager

A key member of the Production Department, the Assistant Plant Manager ensures daily food processing operations meet health, sanitation, and quality standards while coordinating shifts and staff performance. This role drives bottom-line profit by optimizing product quality, managing just-in-time inventory, and liaising with sales and marketing to implement growth strategies. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the individual is responsible for setting production objectives, enforcing safety procedures, and supervising production staff to achieve daily targets.
