Associate (Business Development)

The Associate/Senior Associate on the Executive Search team at SelectLeaders supports the Managing Director and sales leadership in driving new executive search engagements within the commercial real estate sector. The role focuses on managing prospecting and qualification efforts, guiding prospects through service offerings, and helping convert opportunities into signed contracts. It includes close collaboration with the recruiting team to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handoffs for each search. The position offers a growth path to Director and beyond and operates on a hybrid schedule in Chicago.
