About this role

The Associate Director, Orchestration Engine – Business Lead will serve as the dedicated business lead for Amgen’s Orchestration Engine across a diverse portfolio, partnering with brand teams and cross‑functional partners to design and deploy coordinated, data‑driven customer experiences. This role owns the end‑to‑end process from translating brand priorities into business requirements through to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of orchestration capabilities.
