About this role
The Associate General Counsel will serve as Crexi’s second lawyer and a key business partner, helping the company expand into new products and commercial relationships while shaping the legal function from the ground up. The role focuses on protecting the business from legal, regulatory, and reputational risk and supporting growth initiatives across the organization. The AGC will report to the General Counsel and work closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams.
