About this role
This role is focused on supporting Wealthsimple’s onboarding team to deliver a smooth, end-to-end experience for new and existing clients across all products. The position is responsible for guiding clients through the platform, managing a rotating roster of clients, and ensuring each client receives a tailored, high-quality experience. The role also contributes to experiments and feedback loops that help grow the client base and assets under management. Success requires strong collaboration with internal teams to identify opportunities and support ongoing product improvements.
