About this role

The Associate Principal, Benefits role oversees the administration and compliance of OCC's total rewards programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans. This position manages vendor relationships, leads well-being initiatives, and ensures strict adherence to federal and state regulations regarding leaves of absence and benefit coverage. The candidate will provide expert counsel to employees and collaborate with HR business partners to drive process improvements and system enhancements within Workday.
