Associate, Tax/Preferred Equity

The Associate, Tax/Preferred Equity will be a core member of Crux's Structuring team, supporting the screening, underwriting, structuring, and execution of transactions in renewable energy and energy transition infrastructure. This hands-on role requires strong financial modeling skills and foundational knowledge of tax equity and preferred equity structures to drive deals from intake to closing. The position is ideal for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in structured finance or renewable energy looking to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.
