Attorney

This role provides comprehensive support to an Attorney IV in pre-trial litigation, including trial support, depositions, and the preparation of law and motion documents. The attorney will gain extensive knowledge of case evaluation from initial file assignment through trial and post-trial procedures. The position involves providing legal representation to insureds and the company in courts, arbitration panels, or administrative bodies for personal injury lawsuits. Additionally, the role requires supervising subordinate legal staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned work.
