Process & Operations Program Manager

The Process & Operations Program Manager will build and maintain the People Team's process inventory, identify friction points, and lead the redesign and implementation of improved workflows. This hands-on role involves facilitating stakeholder conversations, mapping end-to-end processes, and establishing practical delivery mechanisms to make People operations simpler and more strategic. The position requires moving between strategy and detail to drive operational programs from discovery through adoption and continuous improvement.
