About this role

An Employee Relations Partner supporting managers, employees, and HRBPs across the UK and Ireland, acting as a Centre of Excellence and point of escalation for employee relations matters. The role partners closely with regional consultants and Legal to ensure consistent delivery of change programs (e.g., TUPE, redundancies, settlements) and promotes proactive and reactive approaches to employee engagement. It also manages ER queries via internal ticketing systems and helps embed UK employment legislation into processes and policies. The position supports continuous improvement and standardisation across ER practices.
