The Baker supports residential dining, catering, and retail programs by preparing high-quality baked goods and providing excellent customer service. Reporting to the Director of Bakery Operations, the role involves designing, executing, and improving recipes while ensuring quality checks on ingredients and finished products. The position also includes processing customer orders, greening customers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
