About this role
The BDR Manager will lead and scale Nebius’s US-based Business Development Representative team, owning growth and development with a mandate to expand significantly in 2026. The role focuses on building a high-performing, people-first BDR function to drive Nebius’s growth in the US market across AI-native startups and enterprise customers. The manager will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align strategy, positioning, and market presence, and represent Nebius at industry events.
