Behavioral Consultant

WCMHS is seeking a Behavior Consultant to help children and youth with significant emotional and behavioral challenges build skills for success at home, in school, and in the community. The role applies the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assess needs, develop individualized behavior plans, and guide teams in effective implementation. This position involves collaboration with families, educators, and mental health professionals to translate evidence-based practices into meaningful outcomes.
