About this role

The Behavioural Health Coach supports users engaging with online mental health and wellbeing programmes (SilverCloud), helping them progress through care pathways for anxiety, depression, and stress. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is embedded in Amwell’s clinical team and contributes to user outcomes and safety within a virtual-first care platform. Coaches work under clinical supervision and help maintain user engagement and access to appropriate treatment options.
