About this role

The Behavioural Health Coach supports users engaging with SilverCloud mental health and wellbeing programmes, providing personalised written reviews and encouragement to promote progress. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is embedded within Amwell’s clinical team and contributes to user safety, engagement, and access to appropriate treatment options. Coaches operate within a defined coaching boundary and collaborate with clinical supervisors to manage risk and escalate concerns as needed.
