About this role

As the Benefits Manager for the Americas, you will operationalize health, welfare, and leave programs for approximately 2,300 employees across the US and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Global Benefits, this role ensures strict compliance with local labor laws while managing complex accommodations, vendor relationships, and open enrollment processes. You will serve as the subject matter expert for all regional benefit administration and the interactive ADA process.

Responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive health and welfare benefit programs across the Americas region
Manage end-to-end FMLA, disability, and leave of absence administration processes
Lead interactive ADA accommodation requests with legal rigor and care
Partner with third-party administrators and brokers to optimize plan delivery
Ensure strict compliance with ERISA, ACA, and local labor regulatory standards
