The Beverage Manager ensures that all bars onboard consistently deliver technically proficient, efficient, and personalized luxury beverage experiences for the guests of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. This position maintains an intriguing and relevant beverage program in conjunction with direct reports, from product selection and stocking to service delivery, education, and training. The role partners with other roles to develop and maintain beverage-related enrichment opportunities for guests.
