This position serves as a liaison between the credit union and its members, providing professional service and information on membership eligibility, account types, and loan products. The role involves greeting members, opening new accounts, resolving account issues, and processing loan requests in a timely manner. It also includes cross-selling credit union products to contribute to member satisfaction and organizational growth.
