Budget Director

The Budget Director leads organization-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and internal reporting functions while serving as a strategic partner to the CFO and business partner to various department leaders. The role involves supervising the Budget Analyst, managing fund mapping and cost allocation, and improving internal reporting strategies to support resource allocation and long-term financial sustainability. This position requires translating complex financial information into clear analysis to guide grant and contract management across a multi-site, multi-funder environment.
