Building Maintenance Worker

The City of La Habra is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker to implement the city's building maintenance program by performing skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, and repair of city buildings, facilities, and equipment. This journey-level position ensures the highest level of safety for public and staff use by inspecting assigned areas and performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The role involves maintaining, replacing, and repairing basic plumbing and electrical systems, assisting with custodial duties, and providing direction to part-time maintenance staff as needed.
