Building Surveyor

This role involves delivering and managing major capital works contracts and proactive surveying services to ensure the Council's land and property assets are fit for purpose and legally compliant. The position requires planning, coordinating, and executing capital projects, planned maintenance programmes, and repair works in conjunction with senior management. The successful candidate will provide professional building surveying advice, manage contractors, and ensure value for money in procurement and project delivery.
