About this role

As a Business Development Director for the EMEA region at Genesys, you will lead a high-performing team of 35+ Business Development Representatives to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. You will leverage Account-Based Engagement strategies to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing, cultivating relationships with regional counterparts to drive adoption of AI-powered Experience Orchestration solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a regional team of 35+ Business Development Representatives
Drive pipeline generation and new business opportunities across the EMEA region
Partner with Marketing to design and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns
Collaborate with Sales Vice Presidents to maximize pipeline creation and conversion
Utilize data-driven insights to influence strategic business decisions and improve performance

Qualifications

10+ years in Enterprise SaaS business development or sales leadershipExperience with MEDDPICC methodologyExperience leading teams of 30+ employees
