About this role
The West Region Business Development Manager at IEM owns regional relationships with engineers, end users, consultants, and industrial/institutional customers to support company positioning and growth. The role represents IEM externally, supports specification and substitution efforts, and collaborates with internal teams to advance estimating and business development initiatives. This position operates across the western U.S. and reports to the Director of Estimating & Business Development.
