Business Development Representative

This field-based business development role is responsible for selling and winning commercial waterproofing projects for AssetGuard in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The position spends the majority of its time in front of general contractors, including preconstruction, estimating, and project management teams, building relationships, getting AssetGuard on bid lists, and converting bids into awarded work for AssetGuard’s polyurea waterproofing systems. The position owns its pipeline from first meeting through contract award, works with estimating to deliver competitive proposals, and hands awarded projects to operations for execution to AssetGuard standards.
