A Recruiter on Stripe’s recruiting team responsible for growing and scaling Business & Core teams across APAC, with a focus on the Stripe Delivery Center in Bangalore, India. The role centers on owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while helping build Stripe’s culture. The position works closely with recruiting analytics and cross-functional partners (compensation, HR, finance) to report hiring progress and scale high-volume hiring efforts.
