About this role

The Recruiter at Superhuman owns the business recruiting funnel end-to-end, from sourcing through closing and onboarding, and partners closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Head of Business Recruiting and focuses on building and sustaining pipelines for high-priority G&A roles while ensuring strong alignment and excellent candidate experiences. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to collaborate in person two days per week.
