About this role
The Delivery Operations Supervisor reports to the site Hub Manager and provides on-shift leadership for hub activities including sortation, vehicle loading, and last-mile delivery operations. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, coordinating vehicle capacity, supporting hourly staff, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will help scale a chilled delivery operation delivering freshly produced meal boxes to customers across the region.
