Cadet State Trooper

This role involves participating in the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AZ P.O.S.T.) Basic Training Curriculum to learn general duty police work, including patrol, investigation, and traffic control. Upon successful completion of training and certification, the incumbent is reclassified to State Trooper. The position requires willingness to accept assignments anywhere in the state and involves completing a written examination and physical fitness test.
