Cafeteria Assistant Manager - IDEA Weslaco Pike (Immediate Opening)

The Cafeteria Assistant Manager supports the Cafeteria Manager in leading the National School Lunch Program team to provide nutritious and appealing meals to students while adhering to USDA and state food and nutrition standards. The role involves daily and weekly food and supply ordering, monitoring kitchen food production quality, and ensuring all students receive a reimbursable meal. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, processing payments, data entry, customer service, inventory management, and supporting the district's College For All mission.
