Bridgewater is seeking a Campus Recruiter on its Investment Recruiting team to shape the firm's early-career talent pipeline by conveying Bridgewater’s value proposition and building trust-based relationships with candidates and campus partners. The role partners closely with hiring managers and senior investors to develop and evolve search strategies and uses data to inform hiring decisions. The recruiter will source and assess high-potential university talent and shepherd candidates through the full offer process while representing the firm externally.
