About this role

The Director in the TPO vertical of the Capital Markets team will lead funding and management strategies for GoodLeap’s solar lease and power purchase agreement projects. The role focuses on structuring and executing complex project finance transactions involving tax equity, project debt, and cash equity. It requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external investors, counsel, and consultants to support GoodLeap’s sustainable energy financing platform. This position plays a key role in scaling and optimizing the company’s third-party owned solar financing operations.
