The Capture Manager will lead pursuit activities within KBR Australia’s Growth team, taking ownership of qualified opportunities across the capture and proposal lifecycle for Defence-domain work. The role supports business expansion by shaping winning strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and representing KBR in engagements with customers and partners. This is a permanent full-time role based in major Australian cities.
