Case Manager

The Case Manager provides comprehensive linkage to community resources to support patient recovery and overall wellbeing at Basecamp Recovery Center. This role involves assisting clients with assessments, housing, employment, and other essential needs while serving as an advocate to ensure access to appropriate services.
