Caseworker

The Caseworker provides trauma-informed services to recently arrived refugees and other qualified immigrants to meet basic needs and support client achievement of self-sufficiency. The role involves coordinating pre- and post-arrival services, conducting intakes, developing self-sufficiency plans, and connecting clients to essential resources such as housing, medical care, and transportation. This position requires collaboration with colleagues and partner organizations to ensure clients access appropriate services and achieve established goals.
