The Customer Care Agent at Choose is responsible for managing the relationship with users of the mobile application, acting as the primary point of contact for thousands of customers. The role sits within the Operations (Ops) team and focuses on ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience across the app. The position involves close collaboration with other Ops sub-teams as well as Tech and Product to relay user feedback and improve the overall customer journey. Performance is measured through customer satisfaction and resolution times for inquiries and claims.
