About this role

The Central Operations Manager leads Orenda's 24/7 command center, overseeing both an outsourced NOC vendor and an in‑house daytime desk. This role builds and operates alarm philosophies, dispatch processes, and data intelligence functions to ensure reliable, profitable operation of the battery energy storage fleet. The manager also serves as the primary real‑time contact for utility grid operators and drives performance reporting and revenue assurance.

Responsibilities

Own 24/7 fleet monitoring and remote triage
Build and lead the in-house daytime control desk
Manage NOC vendor performance and transition to in-house
