About this role
A Patient Care Assistant in Outpatient Observation at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center supports patient care within a fast-paced observation unit that manages ED patients who are not yet ready for discharge but do not require inpatient admission. This entry-level clinical role is a steppingstone to acute care areas (ED, PCU) and is based at Banner Thunderbird’s Glendale, Arizona campus, a large Level I Trauma and tertiary care destination. The position is full-time day-shift focused with required weekend and holiday rotations.
