The Channel Account Manager, HVAC/Heat Pump and Home Electrification is a partner-facing role focused on onboarding and enabling home service contractors to adopt Palmetto’s LightReach Finance program. The role emphasizes building new partner relationships and delivering in-person and virtual sales training, with extensive regional travel to support field adoption. The position reports to the Strategic Accounts Director, HVAC and aims to grow program adoption, shorten partner time-to-productivity, and increase partner satisfaction.
