Chef de Partie

The Chef de Partie supports the Pastry Chef(s) and Executive Chef in managing daily pastry operations, leading a section of the pastry kitchen, and ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. This role involves training and supervising the pastry team, maintaining proper storage and labeling of food items, and monitoring food wastage.
