Chief Estimator

The Chief Estimator leads the estimating department, overseeing the preparation of bids, budgets, and cost estimates for construction projects to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability. This role involves strategic leadership, mentoring staff, and collaborating with executives on business development and preconstruction strategies. The position manages the full estimating process from concept through tender, establishes best practices, and maintains strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
