Child Welfare Supervisor

This role provides direct supervision to case management staff to ensure the delivery of quality services to children, foster parents, and biological families. The position involves overseeing child welfare services, including intake, case management, and foster home placements, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with DCFS standards. The supervisor collaborates with the Village Director and other staff to develop programs and coordinate with community agencies to meet service goals.
