Claim Adjuster

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving General Liability related Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. The position ensures quality claim handling throughout the entire claim life cycle while maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards and state regulations. The role involves managing litigated claims, coordinating with various experts, and providing excellent customer service to insureds and claimants.
