General Liability Claim Handler

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving severe General Liability related Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. The position ensures quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle, including coverage analysis, litigation management, and compliance with internal and external quality standards. It also involves consulting with managers, providing technical resources to the field, and mentoring less experienced claim professionals.
