Claim Adjuster

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and resolving General Liability related Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. The position ensures quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle, including timely coverage analysis, effective diary management, and proper disposition of claims within delegated authority. The role may involve managing litigated claims, attending legal proceedings, and adjusting reserves to ensure consistency with corporate policies.
