About this role

The Client Success Manager on Guidepoint’s Institutional Client Service team supports senior client service staff in expanding usage of the company’s subscription-based research service among institutional clients. The role focuses on growing client relationships across hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity and other financial institutions, while contributing to client retention and adoption efforts. This is a hybrid role based in the Boston office.
