Clinical Research Fellow

The University of Birmingham is seeking a Clinical Research Fellow to lead the delivery of the VITALITY study, a phase 2b/3 clinical trial investigating oral vancomycin as a treatment for primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The role involves coordinating participant recruitment, managing trial setup, and conducting translational research to characterize biological pathways predicting treatment response. The post-holder will work within the Institute of Inflammation, Infection and Immunity and the Birmingham Cancer Research UK Clinical Trials Unit, with support to register for a higher degree.
