About this role

The Cloud & AI Security Operations Engineer is responsible for securing NiCE's cloud, productivity, and AI ecosystem across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Purview, as well as extending coverage to emerging AI services. The role partners with InfoSec, Cloud Architecture, Privacy, and R&D IT to ensure safe, governed, and scalable cloud and AI adoption, with a focus on operations, detection engineering, and incident response.

Responsibilities

Strengthen cloud security operations across Azure infrastructure
Monitor and remediate CSPM findings using Defender for Cloud
Operate and improve Entra ID security controls
Build and tune detections, alerts, and playbooks in Sentinel and Defender XDR
Extend security controls to AI services such as Copilot and Azure OpenAI
