Coach

Heartshare is seeking a Coach to join its Young Adult Supportive Housing program, providing guidance and support to vulnerable young adults at risk of homelessness to help them achieve their goals and secure permanent housing. The role involves adopting a nonjudgmental, strengths-based approach to develop service support plans, meet basic needs, and empower youth to advocate for themselves. Coaches will collaborate with a network of service providers and utilize positive youth development principles to build resiliency and social connection.
