Coaches

The Evolve Youth Time Limited Rental Assistance Program is seeking compassionate Coaches to support vulnerable young adults at risk of homelessness in securing permanent housing. This role involves providing guidance, coaching, and support to help youth achieve independent living through time-limited rental assistance and various life skills development. Coaches will collaborate with a team to address needs such as crisis intervention, healthcare, employment, and financial literacy while utilizing evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed care.
